One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are nice with balconies, the location is great - there is everything nearby, it's very clean, the housekeeping does the great service upon request, breakfast is good with nice Nutella breakfast waffles and plenty of seats, the stuff is polite and helpful, the parking is free and close to the rooms, and the facilities are good too!

Typical continental breakfast, but it was pretty good. Was nice to have bacon In lieu of sausage! Staff was helpful and friendly. Room size was great, hotel was clean, appreciated the onsite Indian restaurant. Many restaurants were nearby, 30 minutes from Dana point and beaches. Hot tub was big and away from the pool which was great. Onsite laundry was convenient. We booked for 4 nights, but decided to stay an extra night because we didn’t expect to find a room anywhere else for the same price that was such good quality. We visit this area yearly and definitely plan to book there again!

I was very very impressed with this property it definitely exceeded my expectations . Continental breakfast was fantastic again exceeded my expectations ! Loved the fresh scrambled eggs and bacon plus the make your own waffles / pancakes were great ! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to stay another night but I had guests waiting for me at the airport which is very close by ! Staff was so so friendly and inviting ! Rosalva the hotel manager made sure you were well taken care of ! Also Jose was so gracious kept an eye to make sure there was plenty of fresh food for all the guests having breakfast ( and breakfast was included ) that’s a BIG WoW !

Eric (the manager), Aidan and Joe really go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. As our house had flooded, this has truly been our home away from home during the mold abatement. My daughter turned 11 on 2/8 she's also a hard-core Demon Slayer fan. Aidan and Eric went out on their own and decorated their conference room with birthday ballons and on the white board, Aidan made a huge customized "Happy Birthday Daphne," with all the Demon Slayer characters present. It was a dream come true.

We were only planning on staying four nights and wound up extending our stay because the staff was so friendly and the accommodations were comfortable and favorably priced.

We were very pleasantly surprised how nicely the place was updated. It was clean and friendly. They had sliding glass door that you can actually open and sit outside in your room. The breakfast area was nice and big. There was a nice outdoor patio as well. Highly recommend. Great price point too

Very neat and modern property. Centrally located. Only thing i disliked about the stay was their breakfast. Very average breakfast and no options to cater vegetarians. Every day it was scrambled eggs and bacon or sauage.
